All attendees will be spending one night in our launch location. The next day everyone will be taken somewhere else either by boat, train, bus or plane for the next 4 days! We will not reveal the location of our final destination to the latest point possible. Yes you will know what the weather will be like but other than that it is a complete SURPRISE!
Unlike other industry conferences, The Express Conferences are centered towards maximizing your interactions with the industry’s most active meeting planners and event rights holders. Our proven model brings you and keeps you in front of these high-level decision makers to assure you receive the highest Return on your Time and Money Investment. What is a Surprise Conference?

What is included?
Other than your transportation to the launch location everything else is covered!!!

Do I need a passport?
Yes! Since the conference could take place in any destination you need to have a valid passport to travel. If you are a resident of another cointry and need to know if you need a visa please contact your conference Director who can assist.
This doesn’t mean the conference is outside of the United States it just means it could be
What if I don’t want to go one the Surprise Destination is revealed?
All registrations are non-refundable. If you have any issues getting on a plane, train, boat or bus please do not register.
Can I change names of the registration?
Due to the logistics of executing this event prior to 30 days of the conference all names must be final.
Can I bring my partner? Kids? Co-Worker?
We offer packages for Second attendees from same work place and for additional attendees that are allowed to participate in all parts of the conference. We do not allow minors to attend the conference?
